We’ve seen many changes in various industries already as a result of the tight integration of AI technology in them. Customer service is without doubt one of the most heavily impacted ones, and there are many reasons to believe that we’re only seeing the tip of the iceberg in terms of what’s possible there. Bots are all over the place now, and they can do many jobs significantly better than their human counterparts.
