Microsoft Bot Framework with its rich SDK in famous languages like Javascript and C# allowed multiple chatbot lovers to start developing one and host it on Azure Bot Service. While many preferred SDK 3 as SDK 4 was not quite stable, with SDK 3 now no more supported on Azure Bot Service, migration became a bigger challenge.
