VTB and Gazprom Neft launch blockchain-enabled payments

VTB Bank has implemented a new method of making online payments by connecting to the blockchain platform, Smart Fuel, provided by Gazpromneft-Aero (operator of Gazprom Neft’s aviation refuelling business).
